Merchant Homes is proud to be in partnership with a number of housing associations. We are constantly working on projects to help provide affordable homes throughout Scotland.

24 units with a mix of 2 bed apartments for mid-market rent.

Flatted development of 24 two bedroom apartments.
12 for social rent and 12 sold on
NSSE (New Supply Shared Equity) Scheme.
Works completed in August 2010.
