Thank you for taking time to view our online public exhibition in relation to the proposed development of the Albion Car Park at the junction of Broomloan Road and Edmiston Drive Ibrox.
A Proposal of Application Notice was submitted Glasgow City Council on 17th March 2020 outlining the intentions of Merchant Homes Partnerships Limited to develop the site. The description of the development is as follows: -
Erection of residential development consisting of 160 flatted units and associated works.
Glasgow City Council have allocated the Proposal of Application Notice reference 20/00870/PAN.

All comments must be received by us no later than Thursday 11th June 2020.
Public Consultation Event 29th May 2020
As a result of restrictions on public gatherings imposed by Government during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic we cannot hold the Public Event which was to be held in Ibrox Parish Church on 26th May 2020.
As an alternative, we will be hosting a live Question & Answer session on Friday 29th May 2020 between 1pm and 4pm.
You can also submit any questions that you have regarding the development to the email or postal addresses provided from Friday 29th May 2020 until Saturday 6th June 2020. We will endeavour to answer any questions within two working days and will allow 48 hours for you to give final comment on our answer.
Please note that any comments made to us are not representations to the Planning Authority. If we submit a Planning Application there will be an opportunity to make representations to on that application to the Planning Authority.
