Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to view our online public exhibition in relation to the proposed development of the former Co-op site at the west of Carron Road and east of  Ronades Road, Falkirk. Carron Road Falkirk. 

A Proposal of Application Notice was submitted to Falkirk Council on Council on 7th October 2021 outlining the intentions of Merchant Homes Partnerships Limited to develop the site. The description of the development is as follows: - 

Proposed residential development of flats/houses and associated services.

Falkirk  Council have allocated the Proposal of Application Notice reference PRE/2021/0020/PAN

We want your views

We would like to receive your views on the proposed development. This will help us to inform the final proposal to be submitted to Falkirk Council. Please fill in and submit the online Feedback Form with your comments. The Feedback form can be found by clicking here.

All comments must be received by us no later than 6th January 2022.

Public Consultation Event

As a result of restrictions on public gatherings imposed by the Government during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, we cannot hold an in-person Public Event.

As an alternative, we will be hosting a live Question & Answer session on 16th December 2021 between 1pm and 4pm. 

You can also submit any questions that you have regarding the development to the email or postal addresses provided within 8 days of the date of the Consultation Event. We will endeavour to answer any questions within two working days and will allow 48 hours for you to give a final comment on our answer. 

Please note that any comments made to us are not representations to the Planning Authority. If we submit a Planning Application there will be an opportunity to make representations to on that application to the Planning Authority.
